MOSCOW, Idaho -- A driver of a sport utility vehicle who hit a telephone pole blamed the crash on two friends having sex in the back seat. Joshua D. Frank, 22, pleaded guilty this week to a misdemeanor charge of failing to notify a police officer of a traffic accident. He was fined nearly $190 after his Chevy Blazer hit a telephone pole in the Moscow, Idaho, area.
